To date I have read a couple of chapters each in this and in "extracellular matrix biology (cold spring harbor perspectives in biology), edited by Hynes & Yamada. Both are good, and differ quite a bit in emphasis placed on various topics. Each describes in some detail the biology of constituents of extracellular tissue, and briefly describes diseases associated with defects in them. It is worthwhile to buy both.
